Administrative Division

The Administrative Division includes the Association's personnel, accounting and administrative functions, supports the Association's board and main political representatives and coordinates the Association's international and EU-related activities.

Sections and functions

Support to the board

Provides administrative support to the Association's board, its working committee and executive support to the President. The Association's official register and archives are also organised under the board secretariat.

Economy

Works with the development and monitoring of the Association's finances and activity planning.

Human resources

Works with general issues regarding the internal personnel policy, wage policy and recruitment of the Association's secretariat.

Finance

Works with the administration and strategic development of the Association's financial assets.

The International Unit

The International Unit has ten members of staff located in Stockholm and Brussels, coordinating international affairs within the Association. The unit is in charge of European policy monitoring and public affairs of a cross-sectorial nature, as well as communications activities regarding international relations and the European Union.

The International Unit also provides support for politicians acting within European and international organisations, particularly the Swedish delegation in the Committee of the Regions.
